Debug edge-case when determining the winning of Jul.

At certain number of entries for the Jul, the wrong entry is selected as the winner when the rotation amount is close to 360/0.

Find the reason for the error and fix it so the alert at the end of the canvas rotation displays the correct winner.

To repeat:

Go to page Jul-Jul
Add 9 rows (Length option, 9 entries guarantees existance of error), (Any label text)
Spin jul (any duration)
Sooner or later the wrong entry will be displayed when alerting the user.
