Remove scroll-bar from rules section #51

Remove the scroll-bar from the rules section. It could be simply removed (most likely with javascript) ´, or boxed sections to indicate what slide you're on could be put there instead.

Scrollbar is gone when using edge, still there on firefox. Seperate issue will be created to check each page on different browsers.
