Add a field next to the Jul where the user can add sections to the Jul. #55

Currently, the number of sections of the Jul, and their labels, are hard coded. Make it so there's a section next to the Jul where you can enter movies.

https://wheeldecide.com/ is an example of how it could look like. Basically add a section where the user can add their own labels for the wheel. When clicking "apply" or something like that, the page should be updated and there should be as many sections to the wheel as there are input sections.

Connected to #36 and #39. Perhaps could cause some collisions, but considering the work force here, it's unlikely.

Think issue is solved as of current rebase.
