Add consent form pop-up before it's too late #79

Should probably have implemented a consent form to having private data saved before actually implementing the saving of private data.

Oh well, current an always-false if statement is blocking the storing of private data, but a generic consent form would be nice to have before deploying this website on the original server again.

Don't worry, we gucci! Apparently this is common in every single website and added privacy.php and disclamer on github to be more than sufficient for the data being processed.

Should still be worked on. Consent forms will be used to gather more data and create movie profiles.
