Currently, the API can detect image and video content, providing the source URL for accessing the resource.
Under this scenario, we can do nothing to guarantee the availability or quality of the resource.
A CDN resolve this problem, giving the control of the resource.
The bad part: Probably re-hosting these content are not allowed based on the terms of use of each site.
Need to investigate a bit more to determinate if could or not be possible.
