Errors in examples #6

Hi, all!

I am new in micromagnetism field and have decided to start with magnum.fe. But when I try to run examples sp4_fk.py or sp4_st.py it interrupts with errors.

"CreateGridFactory is not defined" in the first case, and

"DemagField object has no attribute create_mesh" in the second.

Can you help me to fix this?
