Update Makefilewith linux-arm targets #176

The new target has been tested on Raspberry Pi 4B

I followed @jessepeterson's suggestion on #175 to create this PR. I see that you have GitHub actions setup, it seems to me that the arm platform is available only on self-hosted build machines, so I didn't change anything in the workflow.
