import lsff salt #385

There are several different salt-based interventions with different premixes and premix methods.

Premix - salt wet method Ethiopia: Premix -salt dry method Premix - salt sprayed Premix - multi salt spray Premix - multi salt extrusion (probably not this one, since it has extra columns)

We need to:

[ ] import LSFF: salt, iodized
[ ] standardise the spreadsheet names
[ ] decide what to do with the other premixes

The Malawi salt wet method (there is a dry and wet method for adding iodine to salt, but I’m learning that most LMICs just use the wet method) and Ethiopia salt sprayed and salt multi sprayed should all be the same, so you can use any of those.
