Agree, but @bgsandan do we wait a week or so and see how the AutoMatcher works...? should fully match but from multiple tables at that point. We can then edit the wording to reflect this? What do you think @kpitten ?
If we think 100% of foods will be matched, that’s one thing. But if there will usually be at least a few foods that are not matched, I think we should explain why and how those foods are then treated.

@kpitten agree - and also we need a very detailed method that we can link people to when the automatic matching is working.
i.e. the user can read a brief description easily on the interface, but link through to a more detailed resource that provides all the detail anyone could want to reuse or repeat the analysis.

The reporting of percent of food items matched seems like it needs an explanation of what happens to the food items that aren't matched (and perhaps why some foods aren't matched). Are they just ignored as sources of micronutrients? This could be explained in the link to more information, but seems like it should be explained somewhere.
