For the performance side-bar text, let's adjust the text beneath "Baseline performance" to read:

For the "Performance over time" box, let's add this text beneath:
"Review and update assumptions about program performance over time."
Also, I think we can eliminate step 3 in assumptions altogether (both in the sidebar and in the tool itself)? It seems redundant and all fully summarized in the step before!
