Move this repo over to Eclipse #4

Once we have completed the step of publishing the pom for MicroProfile 1.0 (Issue #3 ), then we should move this repo over to the Eclipse github project to be consistent with the rest of our code deliverable repos.

@ivannov Have you signed the Eclipse Contributor Agreement? If not, would please do so? It's needed to transfer your contributions to the Eclipse.

OK, thanks :) I'll ask Eclipse to move the current repo then instead of creating a new repo, since all the contributors should have an agreement with Eclipse.
