Create "discussion" page #8

The discussion page should have links to the google group at the top so people can subscribe to the mailing list.

Below that add the cool google group integration you hacked up to list the threads on the page.

@rstjames @tveronezi - not sure what "that cool google group integration" is, but it appears that the group is not embedded in the home page. Is that intentional? I see that two "Join Us" buttons that take a user to the Google Group. Is that the final for the launch?

yup. Intentional. After launch, and after having the group changed from private to public, we will add the new card.
