Support GitLab public registries #53

GitLab is the most well-funded container-registry company (besides Amazon / Google) and on course to overtake Docker. Please add this support for registry.gitlab.com. Why? If you've ever set up CI builds on the underfunded Docker Hub, it takes at least minutes and often several hours for a build to complete. GitLab's well-funded service runs many times faster and more reliably.

@instantlinux Are you a GitLab salesman? Almost every CI ist faster than Docker HUB.

Also there is no support for either quay.io or github registry.

LOL, no. But yes, I agree that almost every CI is faster than dockerhub. So maybe the subject line should be "enable support for a list of public registries".
