Mantainer e-mail address not hidden if used as a label #54

The maintainer e-mail address is hidden if used with MAINTAINER:

Example: https://microbadger.com/images/microscaling/microscaling

But it's shown if used with LABEL maintainer:

Example: https://microbadger.com/images/ballerina/ballerina

Since MAINTAINER is deprecated and discouraged, could we get the LABEL version also hidden?
