display calibrated real laser power #642

On the panel for the light sources we currently display "fake" power and we have plans to replace it with percentage values. Once that is done, Lothar suggested it would be helpful to also display the power that actually reaches the sample.

This would require that someone routinely checks the microscope and updates some config file with some calibration information. Not sure how this would then be displayed, maybe as tooltip of the laser power text box.

This probably only makes sense after we actual replace the fake power with fractional values, so I'm marking it as blocked by #641.

641 (issue about using fractional values) has been addressed, so I'm removing the blocked label.
