Live mode sometimes gets camera and laser triggers out of sync. #740

In live view mode with a Red Pitaya the system sometimes gets into a state that the camera trigger and the laser tigger are out of synch and so the images are just noise, with no laser.

I have also seen this happen with the DSP hardware at diamond.

I think this is fundamentally an issue wit the dsp and not actually a software issue, or not directly. Closing as not a cockpit problem

I have problems with the live mode in my system too.
