Add microscope modulator device #766

Having in mind experiments where light is modulated in a series of patterns or parameters (as SIM experiments) I am proposing an abstract modulator class for light modulators that may iterate over a sequence of parameters.

I have proposed microscope interface class, so that one can use these modulators in experiments.

I have been very behind keeping up with microscope and cockpit issues. I don't understand what this device is doing. Can you explain?
