Mosaic doesn't take proper account of position of an ROI. #868

If you change the camera ROI the mosaic always places the middle of the ROI at the stage coords. This works if your ROI is at the center of the cameras filed but if you choose an ROI at one edge then the mosaic images between a full field of view and an ROI filed don't line up.
