Add screen information and/or screen diagnostics #57

This could include information such as the screen description and diagnostic information such as inter/intra gene distances.

I think lots of things related to quality control could go in here, e.g. number of blank images, number of images for which we don't have adequate treatment labels, etc.

As we generalise and automate our screen build process, any "exceptions" should be caught and put in this screen, rather than either bringing the process crashing down or silently ignoring the problems.
