Coverage remained the same at 23.252% when pulling 5e0e4d5145f77cb55eb44cd71a9624224f14514d on refactor/remove-hystrix into ed60362f71a60d5820139b2c92ff74ba94235e96 on master.

looks good, might need to gvt delete the circuitbreaker library.
