Two types of edits I am requesting here please for article 00175:

1. File names:

Figure file names, please would you change the XML from:

Also, if you would please change the PDF file name in

to

<self-uri content-type="pdf" xlink:href="ijm-00175.pdf"/>

2. Appendix title

If you would please move the <title> tag from

<app-group>
<title>Appendix</title>
<app id="app">

to

<app-group>
<app id="app">
<title>Appendix</title>
