(Investigation) The appendix for an article is missing #23

The appendix for the article http://microsimulation.pub/articles/00116 is presenting different data comparing to old site. While on old version https://www.microsimulation.org/IJM/V8_2/3app_Milne_Lay-Yee_McLay_Pearson_vRandow_Davis_appendix.pdf the file contains names of contributors and 20 more pages with data, on the new site the appendix only shows the names of contributors.

With the latest content resubmitted, the issue has been resolved and the appendix is visible/accessible on the bottom of the article - section Appendix (on the old site it was presented as a separate pdf file).
