Adds an update dialog with version information and a GitHub link.

Updates the DocX dependency to version 2.5.0.

this is looking good @FH-Inway I guess you can merge. Looks like @TomekMelissa is not active on this repo anymore.

I would just change the version to match the version we are going to release 0.45?

@fraga Thanks for taking a look. The version displayed is actually taken from the version information of the dll file, so it will dynamically update. Take a look at https://github.com/microsoft/2LCS/releases/tag/v.0.45.0
