fix(setup.md): fix broken link and adjust run path of docsify #343

Hi team,

I found two errors in setup.md.

  1. You missed a dot in link to how-to-run.md which leads to a broken link.
  2. I noticed that you had placed docsify index.html in root path. I adjust the run path in the bottom of this page.
