Please add the RL related lab in course to this chapter and follow the template in chapter 7 and 8. This will make book more system styles and boost in action experience.

前言可以补充为什么会有强化学习需求，并呼应第一章这里的引子。我的理解是离线数据不足，需要实时从环境中获取数据？ 如果数据都能离线获取可能也就不需要交互了？ image
