Hi Freddy, I am looking for documentation on how can I define DeliveryTargets in AL-Go-PTE.

We have a scenario where we are looking forward to deploy PTEs using nuget packages.

Do you have any documentation or blog handy? So far my search didn't return any useful results.

We already have experimental support for delivery to NuGet or GitHub Packages, we will try to wrap this up over the next months. Jonas Wrede replied to https://github.com/microsoft/AL-Go/issues/390 with a description of how you can get started with testing this.
