Parameters called InHandled instead of IsHandled in exisitng Publishers #21417

Hi, in current version BC21 CU2 there are multiple publishers with parameters called InHandled, this is probably mistyped. Can you fix those publishers mentioned below:

How do you suggest to fix it without making breaking changes?

Probably the same, with Obsolete functionality and introduce new event in each case.

This way a lot of partner extensions will be affected with high cost for all parties involved. This type is not critical and we have no good justification for this change.
