Added support for storage infrastructure encryption #208

This change adds an additional column for storage accounts, indicating whether infrastructure encryption is enabled.

Thanks for the PR, I just released the version 3.5, and since it changes a lot of the files, this PR has some conflicts.

I'll close this PR. I'm going to test and resubmit the changes with the new version 3.5.
