[Android][Native Styling] Support for native styling in Android #3830

Details

Native styling in android is not supported as of this time. This must be fixed to get android on par with all the other platforms and to unblock customers.

@almedina-ms do you have links to the github issues/productboard feature requests for this ? Any other context esp around the related feature specs for this that can help shed light on what is the nature of the work/cost estimates etc?
