Actual Result: Element has no title attribute or aria-label attribute does not exist or is empty or aria-labelledby attribute does not exist, references elements that do not exist or references elements that are empty

User Impact: Screen reader user will have difficulty in interacting with the contents and in understanding the purpose if accessible name is not defined.
