Change the max_rpm parameter but can not control #4956

I change the parameter "max_rpm" in /Airlib/include/vehicles/multirotor/RotorParams.hpp. Sincerely I want the quadrotor to fly faster. But the problem is that even the thrust of my RC is 0, the quadrotor in the airsim still has a lot of thrust.
