Smart Screen Defender #160

Hi!

I can't install the ALM Toolkit anymore on my new machine. Even though I have aquired local admin rights I receive the following error: image

It looks as if the file is not whitelisted? Could it be solved from the Toolkit's side or do I need to involve our local IT department?

Hi, I have not yet done digital signature. Can you click on more information link and should be able to install anyway

I have submitted a request on SmartScreen to whitelist this particular file downloaded from the github page. (https://feedback.smartscreen.microsoft.com/feedback.aspx)

For the time being I'd probably use the BISM Normalizer plugin for VS.
