Thank you for your effort! I have several comments in order to move this forward.

Make sure to translate the name, category and description. The 'category' was not translated in this file. The file needs to keep the same order of the rules. Using the template file attached to this comment will ensure this (and make lives easier). Fill in the 3 highlighted columns with the translations. Simply translate from English. Do not add/change the content. If we want to change the descriptions etc. that will be another effort which would need to be approved and implemented across all languages.
