Eliminate compiler warnings on newer systems (not complete, may continue later)
Eliminate .tpattributes files (part of TFS source control, not needed for git)
Changes to move Makefile.version to build super project
Eliminate build/TeamBuildTypes (used in MSBuild); too small to worry about re-writing history
Only put shell bundle in the target directory (so build disk doesn't have unnecessary bits)
Add --source-references option to shell bundle
Note that other deletions were made, and I have rewritten history to make repository as small as possible. The large files are from the test team, and I didn't want to adversely affect them without a larger discussion with SteveW.
All of the changes were done in logical commits, so it may be more useful to look at individual commits if you prefer.
