Microsoft.Extensions.Options 3.1.0 is not on the dependency list, which it should #150

Filed by customer, the transition dependency of Microsoft.Extensions.Options from Microsoft.Extensions.Options.ConfigurationExtensions (2.1.0) doesn't reveal the assembly dependency version of 3.1.0.

The fix is released in 2.3.1-beta4. https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.Profiler.AspNetCore/2.3.1-beta4
