Update documents and examples to .NET 6 #177

.NET 3.1 is close to end of support (12/13/2022) by https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet. Shall we update the docs and examples to .NET 6?

  3. Add deprecating info for all existing examples.
