Add RepositoryUrl to NuSpecs so that package could be pushed into github NuGet Repo

There has no repo url settings so far. This prevent packages being released to github package registry.

By investigation, since we are not releasing through GitHub, this is not needed at this moment. I'll close this issue for now.
