Provide documentation for new correlation feature and Activity #1586

  1. Document Activity support in ApplicationInsights
  2. Update links to HTTP protocol proposal once it's moved to CoreFx repo (in changelog)

Also important is to update the docs to reflect the fact that XComponent correlation, http verb collection etc is now possible without installing StatusMonitor/Extension. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/application-insights/app-insights-monitor-performance-live-website-now
