Possible incorrect path in LocalRunGuide.md #2

LocalRunGuide.md says it's installed in

C:\Users\xxx.vscode\extensions\usqlextpublisher.usql-vscode-ext-x.x.x\LocalRunDependency

C:\Users\xxx.vscode\extensions\usqlextpublisher.usql-vscode-ext-x.x.x\LocalRunService

I'm setting up now, so it's possible that I've made a mistake, but figured I'd log it before I forget.

Ah ha, it looks as thought it's because this md file is opened automatically when after running "Adl: List Databases" where as it's expecting "Adl: Download LocalRun Dependency" to have been the last thing run.

So the path isn't wrong per say, but the MD file being opened automatically at the wrong time.

Idiot mistake, I skim read the top section.
