Branch policies not exported #1062

In the source project, I've set a default branch policy, protecting the default branch of each repository. This policy didn't make it to the imported project.

Also, build validation policies on repository branches are not exported. The corresponding pipelines are, but not the policies that should trigger them.

@wscherphof Branch policies will not be exported, it has to be configured manually once the project provisioned using private template
