Add the keyword 'Premium' for one Classic account with premium performance #2822

Storage Explorer Version: 1.13.0 Build: 20200410.5 Branch: rel/1.13.0 Platform/OS: Windows 10/ Linux Ubuntu 18.04/ macOS High Sierra Architecture: ia32/x64 Regression From: Not a regression

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create one Classic account with premium performance in Portal.
  2. Open the account in Storage Explorer.
  3. Check the account name.

Expect Experience: It is better to show 'Premium' next to the account name.

Actual Experience: No 'Premium' shows next to the account name.

More Info:

  1. Can't get its performance and Account kind from the Properties panel.(Related Bug: 835) image

If we fix this it should go in properties, not in the tree.

@v-xianya Can you provide more detailed steps about how you created the account? It's not clear how you created a classic account with premium performance.
