Persisting the Transfer and such Explorer settings at machine level. #4169
If there is a default way for Transfer and related settings to be persisted across different machines/settings via some sort of a policy rather than being individual profile based.
There are a lot of users who would need such a requirement where persisting this across different users of a same machine is mandatory and is a lot of work to do it for every user.
