Storage Explorer Version: 1.34.0 (99) Build Number: 20240518.3 Branch: rel/1.34.0 Platform/OS: Windows 10/Linux Ubuntu 22.04/MacOS Sonoma 14.5(Apple M1 Pro) Architecture: x64/x64/arm64 How Found: Exploratory testing Regression From: Not a regression

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open 'Settings' -> Uncheck the setting 'Auto Refresh On Change'.
  2. Expand 'App Configurations' node -> Open one app configuration.
  3. Add a key-value.
  4. Check whether there is a refresh notification.

Expected Experience

It is better to make 'Auto Refresh On Change' setting take effect in app configuration explorers.

Actual Experience

There is no refresh notification.
