The Azure storage Explorer is loading from long time more then 1/2 hour but nothing happening. #7967

Here is the version that i installed to fix the problem but i don't know whats happening, i also restarted my system several times but result is same it's just loading . Can someone help me to fix this issue.

@sharma1983 can you:

  1. Check that .NET is installed on your machine? Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, then search for .NET 8, and make sure you have a result like below which matches the architecture of Storage Explorer you are running. image
  2. Share your Storage Explorer log files? For that please:
    1. Close Storage Explorer
    2. Open file explorer and go to C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\StorageExplorer
    3. Delete the logs directory in that location
    4. Open Storage Explorer and let it spin loading for ~60 seconds
    5. Go back to file explorer and C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\StorageExplorer
    6. Zip the logs directory in that location
    7. Drag and drop that zip into a response to this GitHub issue
