Steps to Reproduce
Open 'Settings -> Services' -> Select 'View all' for the setting 'Storage Nodes Trailing Action'.
Refresh the tree view -> Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
Click 'View all' -> Observe the toolbar of the view all containers explorer.
