Integrate App Config into the core product
Have CTI run an app config focused test pass
Communicate the results of the test pass to the team

If test pass resulted in bugs: app config will be dropped as part of 1.37. If test pass resulted in no bugs: app config will be integrated as preview as part of 1.37, and we will watch usage to determine if we promote it to GA.
