API to access TRE Workspace usage statistics #1111

As a TRE Administrator I want to know which users have logged into a TRE workspace, and how many times, between two specific dates so that I can monitor usage of the TRE

[ ] API takes workspace ID and from to to dates, returns number of users, and number of times each user has logged in.

This data should be retrieved from the ID provider - e.g. Azure AD sign in logs

@anastasiakuzn this one would help in your reporting requirement. We could then do all the reporting via Power BI (or other tool) via the TRE APIs.
