Forward Activity Log to Log Analytics This is to help troubleshooting + keep traces of who may changed resources.

Just FYI in terms of "who has made a change to this resource" - any changes to resources that happen via the API will be tracked in the resource document in cosmos, and all changes coming from the resource processor will be under the context of the resource processor identity.
