What is being addressed

Linux VM now uses Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Gen2 image with a custom bootstrap script to install common apps and service required to use the TRE

How is this addressed

• Updated Nexus to pull extra packages - Breaking Change
• Updated all cloud-init scripts
• Updates to documentation
