Description

As an Azure Administrator I would like to know which resources are critical to the operation of the TRE and be able to view logs, metrics and configure alerts.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Documentation on how to view logs/metrics for each component in the TRE
[ ] Azure Portal Dashboard bringing together metrics that are critical to the continued operation of the TRE
[ ] Azure Monitor workbooks to enable deeper interrogation of logs

@adishachar can we be a bit more specific and give a use case? where do they want to manage logs? what logs do they want to manage? how do they want to manage them?
